[0.16] My first VTOL aircraft :)

After updating to 0.16 it turns out that all spacecraft that have ever been created by anyone prior to 0.16 are now garbage because they cannot be ported to 0.16. I hope that this gets resolved.

*EDIT - As it turns out all you need to do to convert your stuff is open the .craft file in Notepad and change 0.15 to 0.16!

My first attempt at something that \'hovers\'. Reminds me of the Orca from Command & Conquer.
