I honestly don't know why this is happening. It disrupts gameplay so much that I've decided to quit for a few days until someone can give me the answer. Every time I finish time warping or press f5 for a quick save, this happens:

If anybody out there knows about the problem and requests a mod list and/or the craft that it happened with, I would be happy to provide both.
