Solar-power ; blocked by aero-shilding

"blocked by aero-shielding" but not any aero-shielding between the solar-cell and the sun 0.o

Sometimes the OX-STATs act like they sink a little way into the fuselage. I don't know why. But that's what it means by "aero shielding" -- the fuselage of the rocket. Generally if I go back into the VAB and just move the OX-STATs a little bit, the problem goes away.

Actually, if you are running 1.2, and this was a craft built in 1.2 -- I would really like to get that bug fixed, so if you could post a craft file here that would be great. I'll make a bug report from it.

I'm getting this issue, never had it before.
This ship had a faring covering the panels on it but was removed a earlier in the mission.

Turns out this issue is also blocking my antenna from deploying... I opened the bay doors on the upper bay and the panels and antenna now work.

I closed the doors and saved/left the game and came back and the panels were not working again, so I'll have to leave the bay open for now.

A bit of a pain but good workaround, thank you.
