Has anyone used only Sepratrons to get to destination?

The physics get a little wonky. I think it's what I mounted them on. Or I hope. But it seems like a fun and technically challenging way to get to where you want.

Anyone know a way to do this more easily? Or has anyone managed to do this to get off EVE. The Sepratons are better than the other engines if I remember correctly.

Separatrons really aren't "better than other engines" maybe except being exceptionally cheap. You won't get far with your craft because of excessive air drag. There were people who did stuff like going to Laythe and back on SRBs, but they only used separatorons for adjustment of orbit.

And don't count on separatrons being any good on Eve.

NASA though about it. Although those look more like Puffs than Seperatrons
