Possible bug, or Mod incompatibility

So, I managed to crash "surprise surprise" and tried to block the now rolling vehicle with the EVA kerbal. The car then just phased through. Is this a KSP bug or because of one of the mods I have installed.

Installed:

KER 1.1.2.4p

Editor Extensions Redux 3.3.8

Planetshine 0.2.5.2

Pre-Blocking

 

Mid-phasing

 

Still no spazzing, just passing through

And done.

 

I dont know if this is just my save or a common problem. Please say something if you know the problem or if you know it is a bug. Thanks!

What? You just trow your kerbals in front of your vehicles for your own good? Those poor little helpers... Shame on you  

Where it the wheels passing through the kerbal or was is the whole vehicle?
