[FIX!] KSP not loading on Windows 7

I recently installed KSP on an older Win 7 computer I have, and I encountered a problem. Every single time I ran it, KSP started "Loading Asset Bundle Definitions" and got stuck.

If this sounds like your problem, here's the deal: Either move KSP out of the Program Files folder (what I did), or run KSP as administrator by right-clicking on it and selecting "Run as administrator". Windows 7's permissions are screwing with your KSP files.
