Freezing in VAB/SPH, rocking along long axis, los of camera movement

Hi

I have folowing problems:

1.st Game freezes almost every time i click on any Antena/dish in Comm catalogue in SPH/VAB

2.nd All my Craft keep "rocking" (or wobling?) along the long axis when SAS and RCS turned on, wich vastes lot of monopropelant, and makes precise landings very hard. When i turn sas or rcs or both off, the craft just spins slowly. Unfocused crafts are spinning. Wich makes docking really interesting (in a bad way). it makes me constantly switch betveen two crafts while docking, to keep the crafts docking ports at least somehow aligned.

3.rd Sometimes i losse ability to controll camera orientation and zoom. this is especialy annoing when i try to dock something. Returning to KSC and then svitching back to craft usualy helps.

4.th sometimes game turns to slowmo stated where i have 8-15 FPS. normaly i have about 60. Restarting game usualy helps, but it is annoing.

8192MB RAM

NVIDIA Quadro 3000M  4GB

 

I run 64bit version of the game.
