Mk 3 has Mass offset?

I recall that the Mk3 cockpit and some other parts, such as cargo ramp, are suppose to have mass offset; however, I am unable to find it in the wiki. can someone please confirm that for me? Thanks.

From Mk3 parts,only the ramp has center of pressure and lift offset,not mass.
