[1.1.3 RO] Procedural fairings wobble and ignore all struts

Hey!

I've been playing RSS RO now and I was about to launch my Moon fly-by probe but during the ascent I couldn't control the rocket because the whole upper stage would wobble like crazy. ''Okay'' I say to myself and try adding struts to the upper stage and probe, launch it - and it does absolutely nothing! The struts are completely ignored and KJR doesn't do a thing to it too!
