Hello,
version 1.2.1, I ran into a problem with robotic arms and positioners. In VAB / SPH everything is running normally, however, in the flight mode, the stationary end part of the arm (tool, magnet Canadarm docking and others). as would be the end point positioners permanently attached to the ship. Is it something to do with AutoStruct? This problem occurs both when you use the free arm and arm in the cargo hold (arm system from scratch to the end point moves but not the endpoint). I wanted to use the version of the cargo arm prto launch telescope, but unfortunately Kerbalíci returned from a failed mission :)
