Help with BDarmory, please

So I tried to install BDarmory like every other mod I installed, (by copying the mod folder into the gamedata folder)

so then I started up KSP and made a new game, it didn't change anything, no new weapons, no nothing, can someone help me fix this?

Hi @applenper, welcome to the forums

First thing to check would be if you're KSP version is compatible with the version of BDArmory you have

Unfortunately real life got in the way of the original creator continuing his work, however we at the BDAc Development Group have taken up the torch to continue development of this great mod

I am assuming that you are using the latest version of KSP so I will direct you to the following thread where you will find download links for BDAc and other mods in the Baha family that the BDAc team support

Make sure you're putting the folder called "BDarmory" into KSP's game data folder. It shouldn't be called "gamedata" or anything else. it should look something like, Kerbal Space Program/Gamedata/BDarmory

I'm mentioning this because it is a common (and easy to make) mistake.
