TAC LS - How do I pick a location for a base on Minmus?

I'm getting into some questions about self sustaining locations on Minmus, so might have some spoiler detail in here... Dunno...

My understanding is that Minmus has a bit of everything except atmosphere.  So it's possible using TAC LS and say SETI Greenhouses to make a self sustaining colony on Minmus.  I just surveyed Minmus and there's no water hot spots on the moon, but there is something like 2.32% water generally speaking on the moon.  I assume that's water in the crust.  So a Water Drill is functional on minmus I would believe.  If that's the case, I assume landing anywhere is going to be fine from a water drilling perspective.  Is that right?

If Minmus is pretty much, land wherever for water, then what's the next criteria I'd be looking for?  I keep thinking a spot with Dirt and Ore but I'm not sure if that's right.  Any suggestions?
