Modular Rocket Systems: Nuclear Engine - Hydrogen ?

So I have recently upgraded to 2.1.2 and have noticed an anomaly which I cannot track down.   I have a few of the more common mods.  I have notice that the Nuclear engines which are supposed to be fueled by Liquid Fuel and states this in the .cfg, ,   is now in  game reflecting Hydrogen as the fuel source.   This includes  The Modular Rocket Systems modded MRS_Nuclear Quad Engine,  the LVN "Nerve" Atomic Motor and the RS 'Tiny' XtrLarge Atomic Motor.

All three .cfg's state state Liquid Fuel so some other config file is changing this.  I thought it was the CryoEngine mod but removing that does not help.  (This action actually destroys my Mun Station !)  This comes with Liquid Fuel switch option which I thought might the culprit as well but has no affect.

I did not have this issue in the prior versions.   I've searched the forums but cannot track anything down.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
