Aerospace nope. But R&D. I can see the Roque de los Muchachos from my terrace. Not the telescopes though, they are on the other side of the caldera rim.

Groups and students only afaik. But a visitor center is under construction since this year. I wasn't up there for a while, if weather permits i'll make a visit later this week and come back with a few up-to-date fotos. It's a long and winding "road" ... :-)
