Contracts

Err, how do you make these show up. Long timer coming back after a while and this is all new tio me, i last played in what is now classic career mode. I kinda need to get funds to go much further but no contracts so far. Also can't seem to see my rep, i figure it's one of the colored bars at the top of the screen but mousover displays no numbers, so uh yeah.

Click on mission control for contracts, not sure how to show rep number but blue is good i think?!?!?

nvm, figured it out, managed to miss a building, DoH!

The rep meter has little numbers on it. Your actual rep goes from -1000 to +1000, and the meter shows your rep / 10. You can see your exact rep on the contract completion window (3rd tab) after you complete any mission -- or your approximate rep when loading any savegame.
