emergency help needed

okay guys i have an emergency situation.

here is my problem: i just realised i forgot to add a stacked decoupler on my last stage. after my long flight i need about 55 m/s to get back to kerbin. i ditched my stage because i could not use it. all i have left is my kerbal. however. he decided whenever i try to eva and push the craft and use my kerbal as propulsion my kerbal will only look at 1 direction. how do i stop him from only staring at the distance and follow my guidance again? thx

if i remember right spacebar will orient where you look depending on your camera option

Or turn on "SAS" -- when you are on EVA, that should also orient your Kerbonaut to the camera.
