Firespitter - Landing gear doesn't stay on the floor

I'm building a plane using firespitter fighter parts in order to fulfill a contract, but as soon as the plane touches the runway it bounces hard at first and then starts doing like this very small hops and gains some speed and the brakes don't stop this movement. I've been able to take off like this but the issue is that the contract requires me to stay still for a couple of seconds on the runway, I think it comes from Giving Aircraft a Purpose.

Same thing happens with the biplane landing gear but to a lesser extent and because of this the brakes work.

(Also, is there a quick way to list all the mods I have?)

Not that I'm aware of.

In the settings, is "ease into gravity" turned on? This helps your craft gently settle on the runway/launchpad when loading there. I think there is also a known issue of a "wheel hop" effect so you might try searching the forum for solutions to that.
