Requesting someone to take over Dynamic Texture Loader

Basically what the title says. @rbray89 has not logged on since June 2016 and quite a large population of the community would like to see it come back. Ive already checked the license so the modder can do it, so is someone able to take over (of course, if rbray89 comes back forget it)?

This would be great, but not so easy. 

DTL wasn't updated in a long time cause the Unity engine changed something and lost a function that was vital for the mod. It's not just a matter of picking up as matter to re-write it from the scratch, hoping that is possible to naive it back.
