Why am I not generating enough electricity?

It seems that even when in direct sunlight I my panels are generating just a TINY bit of electric charge... just a fraction of what they're supposed to generate. For example, the 1x6 Photovoltaic Panels are supposed to generate about 1.5 EC per second but I'm getting only .061 EC per second... WHY? 

 This problem is not limited to just this solar panel, this is a problem for ALL panels in my inventory.

Gotta have something to do with one of your mods. Check them one by one is the only answer.

I narrowed this problem down to a bug in a Mod I have installed. Posted the problem on the Kopernicus thread.... It's a problem with Kopernicus

Update kopernicus because it's throwing the solar distance inverse square malarkey all out of whack
