45 degree polar

I know that you can just go north or south to reach polar. The question is, I got a satellite polar contract which need me to rotate to 45 degree of the polar orbit you can easily reach via going north or south.

Is there a efficient way to do it at launch?

It's a lot like doing a polar one. You wait unti KSC is below the orbital line you want, and you launch with a heading of 45 degrees or 135 degrees -- instead of 0 or 180.

That makes sense! I forgot earth rotates, lol.

It's still polar, so you'll still want to launch straight north or south (allowing for rotation).  You just need to wait till KSC is under the orbit, or almost.
