MechJeb2 with no Ascent Guidance

Hi everybody,

yesterday I've installed MechJeb2 for my KSP version 1.2.2 and it works but in the menu there is no "Ascent Guidance" avalaible option.

My tech tree: I've unlocked all research of the 5th coloumn. (I'm sorry, I can't upload a screeshot)

R&D: Level 1

Tracking Station: Level 2

So, how can I solve this problem?

Welcome to the forum

In the tech tree you should see several MechJeb's case (don't remember the name), each of them unlock different function. Do you see the one that unlock "Ascent guidance" ? Do you have unlocked the node it is into ? You can use the mod "Quick Search" to search a part inside the tech tree.

As far as I can remember the ascent guidance is unlocked in 'Unmanned Tech'. Unmanned Tech is at tier 7 in the tree.
If you only have tier 5 then it does not surprise me you do not have access to tier 7 tech.
