Mission Jebediah

This is a mission in honour of the great space visionary Jebediah Kerman who risked his life (and those from Bill and Bob) over and over again for the advantage of the Kerbal Space Program.

The rocket:

Capable of holding 23 Kerbals including our hero and even tested one time

Boarding procedure:

30 metres to climb and that 20 times... Took me over 40 minutes to get them all in.

One guy left:

Say hello to Fervis Kerman. He gets a very special task.

Testing out the possibilites for EVAs near the sun. For science! 8)

Approaching low Kerbin orbit:

Let\'s check if all doors are locked so no one can escape on the last second.

Now for the best part

He is so proud!

You may have seen that only three Kerbals can go home.

Time for some orbit maneuvering practice:

Aerobraking should help saving about 800m/s.

Landing right at the spot:

The old fuel tank should help getting the attention Jeb deserves.

The mission was a full success:

But who\'s that guy next to Bill? Right, there was one Kerbal left on Kerbin: Fervis

Seems that the space suit is now sun approved.

The rocket is nothing special but as the boarding took a very long time I want to share craftfile and persistent.sfs. The lander is still in a munar orbit so you can land wherever you want.
