In a literal sense of the term, yes. The landing gear and lack of gear bays tells me it takes off and lands (maybe) vertically on it\'s struts. Question is, can it fly straight like a plane after it takes off or is it made to go to the mun?

Those engines look like they would tear the wings right off at the angle their at.. i have a cool little project i made. It\'s all stock, except for those orange nose caps, but i\'d like to show it off anyway. Those four huge rockets on the wings are just the launcher to get it up halfway out of the atmosphere.

I did try it. It does fly great, contrary to the looks of it. Not enough fuel for the moon and back, but it still flies great.

Try turning off the engine and puling up, it flies without fuel!
