TAC Life support - Sabatiers not working

Hey lads

Has anyone had any problems with TAC LS' Sabatiers? I have two on boad and none of them seem to consume Hydrogen. This makes a Water deficite of 0.01 per 1000 seconds, wich makes my Mun base not completely self suficient... Plus i spend tons of time making math calculations so i have everything perfect and it never works out...
