What file defines kerbal experience values for tasks?

I noticed recently that a number of my kerbals weren't leveling up as I anticipated - getting 3 XP for a flag planting on Minmus instead of 6.25.

Has this changed in 1.2? I've also installed the outer planets mod, which nerfs the stock science to "balance" the science you can get from the additional planets - I removed this file, but I can't seem to find a file that affects kerbal experience.

Does anyone know?

Never mind, it seems to be based on the science multipliers.
