Hello! This thread is here so that the revolutionary new craft being designed by the amazing Kerbal Construction Agency (Contracted with the Kerbal Space Program's Rocket Propulsion Laboratory) Can Be Shared With the World!

 

Posted on this thread will be all kinds of amazing,STOCK craft(The only mod I use when building is TweakScale, So Go Grab that). Anything from incredible payload delivery systems to planetary bases to Good old, plain old Rockets and lifters!

Pictures Will Be Posted With Craft Files;All Craft Depicted Are fully Assembled(They Include All Accessories).

The First Craft to be posted on this thread is the revolutionary new (Stock+TweakScale) Kerbal HAB System!

(Sorry The Pics are Crappy)

This System enables the building of planetary bases, piece by piece, on any surface!

 

On the left side of the main structure is the HAB-LAB. This Contains the barracks, The Lab And All Crew Facilities.

On The right side is the Main HAB.(Unfortunately I had to tweak the size of these parts to 3.75m) This Contains All The Science Equipment & Life Support.

These two Are Connected by a tunnel which, in this case, is a storage bay. for most KSP missions, this will be used to house valuable science experiments & Protect them From The Vacuum of space.

There are 3 airlocks; 2 branching off of the HAB-LAB, One Coming From The Main HAB. The Solar Farm Consists of four modules and are maneuvered into position by a crawler rover along with the airlocks. What you see on the top are the parachute modules; These Detatch directly after remote landing is completed. 

 

 

BETTER, LESS TECHNICAL INFO

The HAB was designed to last the full length of any mission on any planet, but it was originally designed & built for the (my) 60-day ARES Program duna missions.

The HAB And HAB-LAB+Connector And A.irlock A.nd S.olar M.odule are all sent on seperate, unmanned missions and soft-landed near each other. then, once the crew arrives, they are given the first four days of the mission to assemble it in the desired location using rovers & crawlers.
