Problematic Tutorial

Currently I'm working on the advanced construction tutorial, and I have got the the point of adding electrical equipment, which is the batteries and solar panels. I looked other places and watched videos that had it work, but I was unable to get it to advance. Would anyone have any idea why it wouldn't work?

Loads, I'm sure. Too many to list here in fact. We could narrow it down if you were more specific about exactly which step of the tutorial you're stuck on, and exactly what things you have tried to do that aren't working.

Actually, it's working now! I'm guessing it was a bug to do with the placement of either batteries or solar panels in the Advanced Construction, on the upper stage. Thanks for your help.
