Vertical takeoff Mod....

I have seen a few craft using their thrusters as vertical takeoff and then turn them to fly horizontally.  My question is what mod is it as I would like to have a go at playing with them?????

This mod will balance your engine so you can takeoff vertically and fly horizontally with small adjustment to engine's throttle (think of a quad-copter).

I think there is some part mod with rotating engine but can't remember.

But there is InfernalRobotics to move / rotate things (anything, except docking port) :

No idea how TCA + IR will work tho.

I believe Omnicron has a set of rotating thrusters.  That's the only one off-hand that I can think of that doesn't rely on IR.

B9 had a rotating Vtol engine. Not sure if updated, tho.
