Contract Stats Mod/Tool

Is there a mod or external tool that can show stats on completed contracts?  E.g. how many part retrievals, science missions, rescues, etc. broken down by location and other criteria.  I've found a couple of achievement-type mods but it doesn't look like they do stats.

If not... is anybody else interested in such a thing?  I could write a Python program fairly easily to analyze the save file and spit out a bunch of stats.  Just not wanting to duplicate work that's already been done. 

Though if I do it, since by trade I'm mainly a web developer, I was thinking it would actually be neater to do as a little webapp.  Go to a site, upload your save file, it gives you an HTML report, and at the same time it also could track and report on collective stats.  Later it could even have achievements and leaderboards if there's interest (though cheating would obviously be an issue).

Now committed to other stuff so my offer to create is rescinded.  I'd still use such a tool though if someone else wants to make one, and could probably help test it a bit too.
