Transferring raw science data

I searched and couldn't find anything, sorry if its been asked.

Is there a way to transfer raw science data from one lab to another while docked?

I assume the OP means science or data points, rather than experiments. And the answer is no.

Yes raw data points (measured in mits?) from one lab to another, with the stock game. ALT+click doesnt provide an option

Sorry, but data points are locked to a particular MPL.

No, that changed in 1.2.0. An MPL full of science points can also be recovered to capture the science points -- so there is an inconvenient alternative to transmitting the science points. I think data points are lost if you recover the unit, though.
