I play on 1.1.3 just so i can have astronomers visual pack without lag.

Found the issue! it was the 29mb Lightning! 

Jool from Laythe looks incredible! and I had exceptional performance compared to other packs! Yet I still have a wish... Is there a possible way I can get these clouds to look a little better? I'm not entirely sure why this is happening, it should be identical...
