Request - Mod to choose mission critical components

Hi, if there is already a mod for this I apologise but I cant find one.  Id like a mod where I can choose mission critical parts which if not installed prevent me from clicking launch.  For example I can add solar panels to that list, if they arent installed I literally cannot press launch from the VAB.  So...SO many missions failed for these reasons :)
