How do you find the latitude and longitude of a location on the mun?

I'm currently about to build a base on the mun, and I need to find the lat and long of my waypoint; where I'm going to put my base.

I haven't really seen any mods that allow you to do this, unless I've missed one.

Could someone help me out?

 I think the Kerbnet feature in stock does this.  Or, if you've already been there, you can plant a flag

Of an already existing waypoint? KerbNet told you what it was when you created it. Do you have anything in orbit of the Mun? Activate KerbNet on it, and set the reticle right on top of the first waypoint and read the lat/long value of the "target:".

Found the coordinates in Kerbnet, I was oblivious to it.
