Crash after 1.3 update

After the 1.3 update, when I launch KSP, it begins to load up to a certain point, where it tries to load the vernor engine, but from there it just crashes, giving this report:

I've tried to restart my computer and load the game to no avail. Any help?

It appears Unity is not seeing any memory in your machine for some reason.  I would suggest verifying your game files through steam and trying again, if that doesn't work do a full wipe of the game and re-install.

It turned out that 9 files had to be reacquired when I verified them, but once I ran KSP again it still crashes when it loads the Vernor engine, and Unity still doesn't see any memory. I'm just going to re-install and see what happens.
