KerbNet Offline 1.3

Hi All.

After I updated to 1.3, the KerbNet is no longer functional.  All I see is KerbNet offline.  KerbNet was working fine in 1.22 and with lots of mods.

The 1.3 Comm Relays work fine and most of the tech-tree is full.   With the RC-001S, I should be seeing terrain and biomes.

Am I missing something?

Version 1.3.0 - 1804

Windows (Steam) version. 100% Stock - 32 and 64 bit.

UPDATE:

 

I did a uninstall, then  deleted the whole folder, then re-install.   Now it seems to be working - in sandbox and my old save file. 

The problem fixed its self.  

I have no idea what caused the fault.     I'll keep my fingers crossed  for now :)
