I saw your comment over in the Extensive Engineering Report thread. I'm doing a bit of testing on this issue now, it seems to start as soon as a ship is loaded (whether in the SPH or VAB). Can you let me know what mods you're using so we can do a cross-check?

 

EDIT: After quite a bit more testing, the false spam seems to only occur if ANY stock engine (and apparently only engines) is placed in the editor, even if it's not attached to the craft.

EDIT 2: So after extensive testing, I've determined that it's the Smart Actuators mod. I'll let the mod author know, hopefully that fixes your issue!

Interesting find, I will test it without Smart Actuators.

btw is the FAR issue I mentioned in the EER thread also solved by removing Smart Actuators or is it another case?

 

btw² also Dynamic Controls became weird, I wanted to remove it but after this find I will give it another try with it.
Perhaps there is a coincidence.

Sorry about this. I had fixed it long ago (with 1.1.0.1) and if you had downloaded the dll that's on the Github (not that I'd expect anyone to) it would've worked fine. I just messed up the bundling process (I pushed it around 4 in the morning when I should have been asleep).
