Turn off Infinite EVA Fuel cheat.

Anyhow, With 0.21 comes RemoteTech 2.0. Release should be in a week after evaluating all the new 0.21 changes. Consider RT 0.5 unsupported on 0.21.

i only have it on when testing so im not fooling around and die...these are strictly testing times for this mod that's not working. Anyways, so much for covering my ass...lol I think I do have the 0.5.0.1 remotetech version, not sure with 0.21 if anything else would work at all, but this definitely does not.

did a quick test on the launch pad with a RT probe core, antenna and a battery. It still works, and the config edits are simple enough, and not needed, since the pre 21 magic torque still works

send it a burn for 0 seconds to cancel

the problem lies in when u have a command/remote control part on it will disable even the updated stock part new asas

Considering the new SAS doesn't seem to function as a heading lock at all anymore, I think the flight computer should be expanded, rather than reduced.

The new ASAS is nothing more than a glorified killrot (with a drift!). Keeping the current implementation and expanding on it.

To me it seems to work just fine, sure, it doesn't lock onto that direction and hold onto it with nails, claws and wrenches, but it does it a lot more gently, and with a lot less wobble.

can still be used but u cant use the new sas feature

But the next update (in about a week was the estimate, if I recall) will be incompatible, so it may be best to hold off on it for now.

ive heard about no major update in a week. even if there is it wont be a major save break one like this current patch. the probllem with remote tech is that its overriding the new sas signals. dont kno what could fix it. even adding the stuff to the .cfg dont help

Otherwise than issue with sas, did RemoteTech cause some weird problems with KSP stability for anyone in 0.21?

nope it hasnt. dont forget alot an cause issues even updateing video drvers can cause games not to run well. for example the nvida drivers drop my fps in skyrim from 50 to 5 so had to roll back.

the game was updated recently so a out dated mod even if working could cause problems.

Expected release date for the 0.21 RemoteTech 2.0 should be in about a week, but no promises. JDP is going through some stuff and hasn't been able to do much with new parts, and I'm currently working with some people on DCPU integration that is very tricky.

RemoteTech 0.5.0.1 is not supported for 0.21 and you will lose all progress anyway since RemoteTech 2.0 is not backwards compatible.

Cilph, please help me out =/ why is my path going through kerbin around a complete orbit. It's not allowing my probe to connect to any other probe and then to ksc. I sat for two days trying to figure out why nothing was connecting, but its def some bad bug =/ im dying to use it as I made a bunch of probes for it but if they all connect directly to kerbin from any point in orbit until they're out of distance, it defeats the purpose of a relay.

ah, EVA ...idk why i even had that on. wow that actually worked. I kept thinking fuel but i know it wasn't that. how could you tell i had it on?

Someone had the same problem a couple pages back. The EVA thing is a dev thingy...

I told you two pages back to turn off Infinite EVA fuel. (and yes it's EVA, not RCS)

my bad my bad...working well now. unfortunately its not playing nice with my probe, i think thats due to a mix with mapstat and kethane for some odd reason, or the KWRocketry kit, or KSPX, only mods onboard.

ahh wish i knew how when u guys update the mod how its gonna break old sats. this is one of the few mods i dont play without and hate to play knowing all my sats will die.
