Why this is the exception? What is this different line? Tech Tree

Hy, examining the tech tree I noticed this strange exception on the progression lines, it is the only one with an ondulating, all the rest is simply straight.
Anyone know why? I use mods but I noticed this way back on full stock.

That's not in the stock tectreee.

Ok even if I am wrong, what this is about?
(I am pretty sure I saw this before I installed any mod, it is one of the 1st questions I wanted to make here but I was just procrastinating).

I have no idea what you mean. Here's how the tech tree looks like:

Whatever it is you want, it has to do with one of your mods.

I am not sure but I think I have seen this on the Community Tech Tree.

The more probably is that you are confusing where/when you had seen it, and that is, indeed, something related with a mod you are using.

"the mod maker let that glitch slip when editing the tech tree image and didn't bother to fix" is such a plausible and simple explanation that most people you not even think about an alternative. Off course that may not be the case, but we usually have more important matters to consider.
