[Stock 0.16] Kerbofighter Mk 2 light turbojet

Hi folks!

This is the Kerbofighter Mk 2. It's a little fighter-y jet, all stock, that flies hands-off with just a hair of nose-up trim. If you apply this trim before takeoff, it flies itself off. It turns on a dime, and stalls at 30-35 m/s, so it's pretty easy to land as well, though tends to shed its engine on uneven ground. The only bad habit is a tendency to dutch roll as the air gets thinner.

Fun to play around with. I lose my engine every time I land though.

Yeah, I moved the landing gear back a bit to keep the engine, but on grass I lose it anyway. Works fine on the runway, as long as you use the low stall speed to come in fairly flat.

After some further testing I found that you can move the gear back far enough that it sticks out behind the wing. Takeoffs are a little less smooth, but it works. It also works fine with the regular jet engine (slower, but longer endurance) and the aerospike (insanely fast, but NO endurance ). Just replace the engine to try it, the plane balances fine with all three.

Is this like the eurofighter?

More or less, looks like it, and has a really tight turning radius. So yeah, it was inspired by the Eurofighter.

Ever considered using jelly cubes' `mk2 bi coupler this would have a double powerplant
