KSP 1.3 freezes in ga

Hello fellow KSPlayers,

i've kinda stopped playing KSP when 1.3 came out, just because i did not wanted to update all my mods. I had not counted them but my game took 15 minutes to start( and it was installed on an SSD). But yesterday, i just wanted to explode some rockets, sorry, of Course i wanted to send Kerbals into space hehe. So i deleted all my mods( i cried while doing so) and updated the game to 1.3. Then i went to Curse.com and downloaded some Basic mods( to be exact: Mechjeb, RealScaleBoosters, FuelTanksPlus, KerbalReusabilityExpansion, MOLE, SpaceY-Lifters, SpaceY-Expanded, NearFutureSolar, NearFuturePropulsion, NearFutureConstruction).

Now to my Problem:

Shortly after starting a completely new carrer game my KSP just freezed. However the Music is still playing in the backround and i can move the mouse wherever i want. Also im not getting a Windowsnotification that KSP.exe has stopped working or anything similar.

On what and how i'm running KSP:

-Steam

CPU: FX8350  Motherboard:ASRock 980DE3/USB3  GPU: MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X  SSD: 240 Gigabyte Sandisk SSD+  OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit

My tries of Fixing it:

First i just uninstalled all mods( again, it was hard) and started KSP again. The same Problem occured again. Then i made an complete uninstall of KSP and downloaded it again. The Problem kept going. And now i am ouof ideas and asking you
