Make vessel look in the same direction in orbit

I want to make a satellite, and I noticed that the vessel looks in the same direction all the time, but its not ideal, because I want it to look at Kerbin 100% of the time, but it only does that half the time, because if it looks at Kerbin at one point, on the other side of the orbit it would point to the other direction, so how could I make the vessel look at Kerbin 100% of the time?

Not possible in stock, but there's a mod for that (not updated for 1.3 yet).

I've been wondering about this too. It's not possible in the stock game as far as I know.
