Minimum Thrust Limiter

Recommended Posts

The way thrust limiter currently works is by giving you a slider to limit maximum thrust. However, there is no way to limit minimum thrust. What I propose is an upgrade to the slider, allowing it to be slid at both ends. A real world example of this is the SuperDraco engine, which can throttle from 20% to 100% thrust. This would be handy for people who make replicas. (due to spool up times it would probably have to be only available to rocket engines)

There are probably quite a few problems with this, please poke holes as you see fit. :)

Good idea, but if they are doing anything with the thrust limiter, i'd like it to be the ability to type values in, rather than fiddling with a slider to get the value you want. Most engines in real life afaik have very little throttle ability, and rely on very accurate shutoff times to get into the correct orbit
