Step 1, get in orbit of minmus, lets say a 50x50km

Step 2, at the backside of minmus burn until you are in collision course with kerbal

Step 3, decouple a commandpod+chute

Step 4, land at KSP HQ

Timing and trajectory will be important, and its probably easier to predict when entering the kerbol atmosphere at a perpendicular angle.

The closer the better,

Bonus points for hitting the hidden KSP
