KerbNet Access' description on VAB is incomplete

When reading a ship part's details with KerbNet Access, it shows some values but does not say what do they mean.

How should the information be seen on the screenshot below:

• Minimum FoV: 10º
• Maximum FoV: 20º
• Anomaly Detection: 48%
• Scan Modes
  • Biome
  • Terrain
• Scans Enhanced While
  • In Atmospheric Flight
  • In Suborbital Spaceflight
