3 person capsule missing Kerbals?

So, I installed a bunch of different parts, no plugins, and any of the stock capsules in 0.16 that says it supports 3 members shows no Kerbals at all when it's on the pad or in space. The bottom right hand corner is empty, has anyone else experienced this?

This happens to me as well, but only with the Mk2 spaceplane cockpit.

It's cause the modder's haven't modeled the interior, and also haven't designated a hatch, because the moddeling software stuff isn't released yet.
