When I go on EVA, The kerbal doesn't look where I look like it always did...

Exactly what the title said, it ticks me off because I wanna retreive my science and put it in the the command pod, But when the kerbal starts spinning i lose all control... it's so strange, only experienced it in ksp 1.3....

 

specs: 

 

gtx 1060 3gb

x4 870k clocked to 4.5ghz

res: 2560x1080 60 hz

 

edit: I am on windows 10 education (got it for free from my scool!) 64 bit

I suspect its cause some setting is unchecked, like 'Camera Follows EVA Kerbal'.

Probably wrong though, but you can at least see if that's the case.
