it is weird, i started a career mode and i noticed on the right of time control thingy isn't showing up, usually it would show the signal bars n stuff, i paused the game went into settings and game difficulty then enabled comm net, then saved and reload. but it still disabled, i thought it was caused by comm net constellation but i removed it, and it still does that glitch,

pls help i'd appreciate
