EVE Clouds and City light

I have loaded this in so many ways but still can not get it to load. I'm running a Intel core (TM) 477k CPU@3.5 GHz with 32.0GB memory with 31.8 usable I usually do not have a memory freeze problem unless.\, I go to one of my very large ships. than they still load after 30 seconds .
