A little help?

I got back into KSP, and wanted it to start as fullscreen, and set my resolution. I then fooled around with the resolution, and set it to 1024x (my actual resolution is something x768) Unfortunately, my taskbar got in the way of the apply button, so I couldn't change my resolution back. I just restarted KSP, and it's still in 1024x. How do I change it back, if the taskbar is blocking the 'Apply' button???

Set it in settings.cfg, e.g.
 

SCREEN_RESOLUTION_WIDTH = 1024
SCREEN_RESOLUTION_HEIGHT = 768

Ok. I just launched KSP again, so I will now have to close it and then set it back. Where's settings.cfg located?

 

Never mind, I just set my computer's resolution to desktop, and then changed it from there. I should never fool around in settings
