Savefiles get deleted every time i start KSP

Basically what the title says.

When i create a new save, it's ok, when i start KSP up again it's just gone. The save folders are still where they are supposed to be, they just don't show up so i can't play them.

Anyone knows what this causes? Do i have to much saves or something?

The only reason why a game could save a file for my, was that it was located in a programs files folder and didn't have permission to override any files. In my case it was because I didn't run that game as admin. 
However, I've never seen that probleem with KSP. You could try to run the game as admin, hope that helps. Otherwise it would be wise to upload some logs.
